Host Bob Edwards talks to pilot Bob Buck, who's been flying airplanes for 75 of his 88 years. They discuss commercial aviation, as it gradually evolved from the early days of celestial navigation to computerized flight. Buck started out flying gliders and open-cockpit biplanes before he began a career as an airline pilot with TWA in 1937. He piloted transports and did weather research in B-17s during World War II and was flying Boeing 747s when he retired. He still flies gliders.
